The company director, Ryan Byrne, works full time for the company and is a CSRT trained damp and timber surveyor who is also qualified to NVQ level 3 in solid plastering and NVQ level 2 in dry-lining systems. We have at our disposal, thermal imaging equipment to identify leaks, the most up to date moisture meters that measure relative humidity, surface condensation and damp readings 20mm below any surface for moisture, timber probes to determine the WME% (moisture content) of any timbers, deep wall probes for damp readings up to 200mm inside a solid structure, telescopic cameras to view inside cavity walls and pipe/electricity locaters to minimise the risk of damage whilst such testing takes place. This in-depth testing is essential to diagnose and treat problems correctly.
